Are your courses accredited?

We offer first aid courses that are accredited by First Aid Awards. We can also offer bespoke first aid courses that are not accredited, these are perfect for people who want to learn first aid but not to be a work place first aider.

Where do the sessions take place?

We come to you, when booking a first aid course with us we come to your venue.

Can we do online training?

All accredited first aid course must be delivered in person to meet the sector guidance and awarding organisations criteria. First Aid for Mental Health courses can be delivered online.

Do we get a certificate?

Yes, for accredited courses you will receive a certificate to show you have been assessed and met the criteria, this certificate is valid for 3 years. For bespoke and non-accredited courses, you will receive a certificate of attendance which is valid for 3 years.

How do I get my certificate?

We provide e-certificates, you will receive an email with your certificate attached soon after the course.

When can the course happen?

We offer training 7 days a week, throughout the day and evenings. We can arrange a course to suit the best times for you.

How many people need to be on the course?

We offer a tiered price structure for group bookings; you can choose to book for up to 6 people or up to 12 people. We do this to keep training affordable to smaller businesses. If you have a larger group of staff, we can also accommodate that by sending multiple trainers.

How long will my certificate take to come?

We have a quick turn around on certificates, they are usually available within 24 hours of course completion. We provide e-certificates so keep an eye on your inbox.

I have lost my certificate, what can I do?

Give us a call and we can sort out a replacement, there may be a small charge for this.

Does the course meet sector guidance?

Yes, all of our first aid courses meet the guidance from HSE.
